A slightly soggy ride around Sutton, Gawsworth, Marton and Siddington.
Nine braved the rain for a leisurely ride out from Sutton Hall, taking in the country lanes around Gawsworth, Marton and Siddington, and taking on the challenge of the 16%er at Fools Nook.

We were lucky with the weather for the most part, but the heavens opened about 4 miles from the end, and we got a thorough soaking. Hot drinks and comfort food back at Sutton Hall soon cheered everyone up.

Welcome to Helen on her first Macc Wheelers ride. It was also nice to have several established club members out supporting the social ride, and giving new and prospective members a warm welcome to the club.
