Proud to be the club’s slowest ride, this is ideal if you are just starting out or starting back, or new to riding in a group. Meet at Sutton Hall, Macclesfield, SK11 0HE. Riding mainly on roads, but with stretches of cycle paths, canal towpath and tracks. All types of (road/trail worthy) bikes welcome, but expensive carbon featherweights best left at home.

The weather is looking kind so we are planning a somewhat shorter (15 miles) but hilly route including Wildboar Clough with the opportunity to stop for a Christmas snack and drink in Macclesfield Forest. Dress warm and dress Christmas!
