This week we have a hilly ride out to Tideswell (the Cathedral of the Peak). It is about 47 miles with 5000ft of climbing (mostly on the way out). The route is out Allgreave, Gradbach, Moneyash and Taddiington and back via Buxton and the Cat n Fiddle. Any volunteers to lead the ride this week please contact me (Andy Banks) as I may not be able to make it. Typically 15 mph average speed on a flat ride, slower on a hilly ride. Cafe stop halfway.
