Steady ride starting 10am from Broken Cross car park around 30 miles today and stopping at Snowdrop cafe

No drop ride, around 14 to 15 mph pace on the flat and around 10 to 11 mph pace in the hills. This offers a stepping stone between the easy rides and the faster paced club rides. So anyone can take part with faster riders having an opportunity to spin the legs on a recovery ride or social members looking to slowly move towards the established club rides.
