Chapel Tea Rooms at Hollinsclough are expecting us to make a staggered arrival in two or more groups between 12 midday and 1pm this Saturday. Toasties, sausage rolls and cakes will be on offer as well as tea plus maybe even exotic things like coffee and cold drinks. The weather is going to be fine and seating will be outside.
It’s a summer only cafe so it could be the last chance to visit it this year and it’s also a good chance to use the cat with much reduced traffic. The route(s) has been kept off the roads used last week but almost exactly the same distance however with less climbing.
If you aren't a member yet, or haven't attended the Saturday Club Run for over twelve months you are most welcome but please read the club’s guidelines for riding with us on the road https://www.macclesfieldwheelers.org.uk/riding-on-road and it’s important to contact Fred fred.w@macclesfieldwheelers.org or the designated ride leader twenty four hours in advance and whoever you are please let the ride leader know if you will be joining en-route.
Please be at the meeting point at least five minutes before the start at 10:30 AM to enable groups to be sorted.
Average speed 10 mph to 13 mph
It’s a social ride intended for a cross section of members and guests
We may have more than one group, slower and quicker, depending on turnout
