It'll be 45 miles, flat, with a planned stop at the Trading Post, Goostrey, at mile 24.3.

Because it'll be cold, and I can't be getting cold, the pace will be bit quicker than normal Sunday easy ride pace, so likely about 14-15 mph average. Of course, if you have the route on a Garmin/Wahoo then you are welcome to do the route at your own pace, and with up to another 5 if you wish.

The route is in Strava. Open it in Strava (PC/laptop perhaps rather than mobile version), then select ‘Duplicate’ (then save) to add a copy to your routes. Then sync Strava with your Garmin/Wahoo.
